It does not have to be complicated.
Write in
One person reads this inbox, and it is the same person who writes the site.
[email protected]What to write about
Any of these is welcome. You do not need to pick the right one.
A page you could not find
The programme, the question or the step you were looking for. Where you expected it to be helps.
A number that is out of date
What the site says, what you saw instead, and roughly when you saw it.
Something did not work
What you expected, what happened, and which page you were on. This is the one that makes the site better.
Something worth writing about
A route, a rule or a calculation the site is missing, or a page that stops too early.
What happens next
Every figure on the site carries the date it was checked. If your message moves one, it gets rechecked and restamped, and the correction is logged rather than quietly applied.
Nothing you send is published as an endorsement, and nothing buys a number, a ranking or a place on the site. A report that something worked is used the same way as one that something did not.
