- Treat a claim marked Programme rule as the terms of the programme, with its source and the date it was checked.
- Treat a claim marked Observed as a measurement by users of the programme, not as a programme rule.
- Treat a claim marked Calculation as arithmetic over stated inputs; the formula and the assumptions are on the page.
- Treat a claim marked Interpretation as the site's judgement, never as a fact.
- Promotional rates are temporary. Do not present them as permanent earning rates.
- Do not infer a monetary value from miles without the redemption assumptions stated on the page.
